Finances

All prospective students must be evaluated by an instructor to assure placement in the correct class. To facilitate the student's progress, all class assignments are made by age group, body type, and ability level . Call to set up a FREE EVALUATION through September 1st. Normally, there is a $10.00 fee associated with an evaluation. An appointment is necessary, except during open registration. The evaluation takes approximately 10-20 minutes.

FINANCIAL FEES

Registration fees:
$30.00 (covers insurance and administrative costs). This is due with your deposit of $55.00. These are non-refundable fees.

Monthly rate:
$55.00/month (includes one class per week). Rate is due beginning September 1, and on the first of every month through April 1 or July 1. (The deposit is the last month's payment: May or August). Additional classes and family members are rated at $50.00/month.

Tuition:
The tuition is due on or before the first day of each month. There will be a $5.00 late fee assessed if payment is past due. There is a five-day grace period.

Returned check fee:
All returned checks will accrue the current returned check fee rate.

EARLY REGISTRATION AND TERMINATION

Early Registration:
To assure class placement, register early! Make your $85.00 check for the deposit (May's payment) and registration payable to: Clemmer Gymnastics, Inc.

Please include your completed registration card and put the name of the student on your check to assure payment is credited to the proper account. September's payment is due September 1.

We encourage people to register for the fall term early to assure the best possible class placement for their children. Fall classes start around the first week of September. You can elect to start classes early in July or August. The rate will be prorated from when you begin. Remember to enroll early to reserve your class space.

Termination:
We must be notified one month in advance if you are terminating training because you are transferring from Charlotte. If we are not notified, the total balance for the term is still due.

School Holidays:
We take the Charlotte-Mecklenburg holidays for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break.
